My name is Shannon McClendon and I own Dog In Dog Out. Pictured are my wonderful dogs, Ronan and Bonnie, both rescued through Seattle Animal Control. Sadly, Ronan died in February 2001, leaving Bonnie as sole canine companion to us and the kitties. I also have an enthusiastic helper and cat lover in my son. He and his beautiful cats Pixie and Checkers are pictured below. We adopted both through Seattle Humane Society.

I started Dog In Dog Out because I wanted to spend my time giving back to animals the love they've so generously given to me. Also, I enjoy working for people who value their companion animals enough to make sure they get the best care possible when they themselves must be at work or away.

In addition to running Dog In Dog Out, I foster shelter animals for local shelters and homeschool my son.
